Individual Therapy

I work collaboratively with adults to help bring a new perspective and help them create desired changes in their lives. Therapy can be short term or longer term depending on the presenting issues and needs of the client.

I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment and am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals.

Individual therapy can help with a variety of issues including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, adjusting to a change or life transition, and increasing healthy self-worth.
